Since a child, Lee has loved Motorbikes. Starting on Motorcross machines, it didn’t take long before Lee owned his very own Honda MBX 125.
Lee has owned a variety of bikes throughout the years from a Kawasaki KR1 250 to a Honda CBR 600RR. After seeing what track racing was like with work colleague and close friend, Simon Marks, Lee caught the bug and purchased his first race bike -
In 2006, Lee’s racing began with North Gloucester Road Racing Club at Pembrey, South Wales. Racing at circuits across the UK, Lee quickly progressed from a Novice to a National Licence Holder.
In 2013, Lee made his debut at the Manx GP in the Newcomers C class on his Honda RVF400 NC35 and made an exceptional start to his Isle of Man racing with a fastest lap of 100.577mph. Going from strength to strength, Lee smashed his ever improving personal best in 2016 with an average lap speed of 112.217mph.
This year, Lee is taking on the Southern 100 and the Isle of Man circuit again but this time on his Yamaha R6 and a Kawasaki ER650 Supertwin. Training hard at the gym, getting the bike fully prepped and as much circuit time as possible, Lee is making sure this year counts.
“I am really looking forward to this years’ racing schedule as it introduces a new race and new bikes! I am also very privileged this year with some fantastic new sponsors along with returning support, which I am grateful for. Keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook page for more info and updates”.
